No returns allowed on discontinued or special order items. Friendly and knowledgeable help with no high pressure sales. A refund check issued by the tile shop will be processed and sent to the customer. Refunds over 10 if originally paid by cash or any refunds if originally paid by check.

In stock and special orders. Please ensure your unwanted tiles are returned in their original packaging and in a re sellable condition to our main distribution warehouse. If you wish to exercise your legal rights to reject products you must either return them in person to where you bought them or iif you are not happy with your selection. This allows the original retail purchaser of the product to return all tiles purchased in the original transaction in their original condition with the original receipt and packaging within 30 days of the date of delivery to the original retail purchaser and tile will exchange it or provide a full refund of the original purchase price.

If you receive damaged or incorrect tiles you will need to sign the delivery note accordingly and inform tons of tiles within 48 hours from delivery.
